OBU and ELS operators

• Operator's ICT infrastructure in terms of its correct operation and communication with The Electronic Toll Collection System of the National Revenue Administration;

• Devices that are sources of the location data sent to The Electronic Toll Collection System of the National Revenue Administration, for which error and warning notifications are sent about non-compliance with the required technical conditions (applies to operator systems with configured feedback communication).

• Verify/update the configuration of On Board Unit/External Localization System device for compliance with the conditions and technical criteria;

• ‘Timestamp’ coding in accordance with the technical conditions;

• Inform the purchaser/user of the terms of use of the SIM card in the device and the validity of the SIM card subscription;

• Configure feedback communication with The Electronic Toll Collection System of the National Revenue Administration, and eliminate events generating errors and warnings returned by The Electronic Toll Collection System of the National Revenue Administration with appropriate codes (error, warning);

• Set up the operator's system to send chargeable data (location data not older than 10 days, i.e. 240 h from the time it was recorded by the device).

As a substitute the e-TOLL PL mobile application can be used to transmit data to The Electronic Toll Collection System of the National Revenue Administration.

• The correct use of the On Board Unit/External Localization System device;

• The remote verification of the correct operation of the device;

• a path to follow if there is an interruption in the transmission of location data to The Electronic Toll Collection System of the National Revenue Administration or if the device fails.
