If the signal interruption lasts longer than 15 minutes – stop in a safe place and check what is happening to the device. In case you cannot restore the GPS signal and you want to continue your transit on toll roads:
log in to OCA and use the “Complete the transit” option,
in case of a prepaid account, check the balance on your account (if there are insufficient funds – top up your account),
select the date and time for the end of the transit;
declare the route of transit from the point of device failure.
