  • From 1 December 2025, there will be changes to the operation of the e-TOLL helpline.

  • The helpline for e-TOLL system users will operate under a new number: 22 460 59 77.

  • The helpline will be available on weekdays, Monday to Friday, 8 AM and 4 PM.

Temporary changes

From 1 December, the e-TOLL helpline will operate under a changed telephone number and at different hours than before.
The e-TOLL helpline will be available under: 22 460 59 77.
The helpline will be available on weekdays, Monday to Friday, 8 AM and 4 PM. Service will be provided in Polish and English.

Convenient alternatives to the helpline – MOK and OCA

We would like to remind you that e-TOLL users who need assistance can be assisted 24/7 by staff at the Customer Service Facilities (MOK). There are currently 90 e-TOLL customer service points throughout the country. Find your nearest MOK on the website.
In addition, each e-TOLL User can use the online application form after logging in to the Online Customer Account (OCA) and on the page www.etoll.gov.pl.
Whichever method of contact is chosen, information can be obtained on:
  • technical,

  • financial,

  • user account,

  • on board unit (OBU/ELS) and the e-TOLL PL mobile application issues.
