Lack of funds in the billing account during transit – what to do

Users, before beginning your transit, make sure that:

  • you have an account with the e-TOLL system -> if you are not registered, you can do so quickly and conveniently via your Online Customer Account (OCA) – see details under e-TOLL Registration,

  • there are sufficient funds on your prepaid account to pay for your transit -> check this in your OCA under Billing accounts in the Balance column (if there are insufficient funds – top up your account),

  • the location device is functioning correctly and transmits geolocation data to the e-TOLL system->for instructions on use, see OBU and ELS on-board units and e-TOLL PL mobile application.

If you run out of funds in your billing account during the transit, you have the option of replenishing it no later than 3 days after the transit. You do not need to report anything, just top up the funds in your billing account during this time, which will then be collected automatically.
