Once you have logged in correctly, select the active entity from whose account you wish to guarantee the payment. Logging in to OCA
From the main panel, select the “Funding” tile.
Then select “Create funding”.
Select a billing account, then proceed to the next step by selecting create funding.
Then select the type of financing – deferred payment.
Select a billing account from the drop-down list.
Then choose the guarantee: cash guarantee in the form of a card/online payment, a bank or insurance guarantee.
You can make payment for the cash guarantee: by bank transfer to the bank account number indicated during registration in e-TOLL, dedicated to the payment of the cash guarantee, using a payment card (excluding fleet card) and using BLIK and PayByLink mobile payments.
Once the process is successful, a message will appear stating that the funding has been created. Then select “Finish”.
In the case of guarantees where cash guarantee has been selected, the guarantee is active upon confirmation of receipt of funds.
In the case of an insurance or bank guarantee, navigate to the financing created and press the “create guarantee” button.
Then enter the amount of guarantee from the guarantee document and enter the start and expiry date of the guarantee.
The account is active once the details appearing on the document have been confirmed.
