9 December 2024 in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Poland, a notice was published by the Minister of Infrastructure of 4 December 2024 on the electronic toll rates for 2025 (Monitor Polski 2024 r. poz. 1037). According to it the toll rates for heavy goods vehicles, i.e. motor vehicles, combinations of vehicles with a gross vehicle weight over 3.5 tonnes and buses are changed. The new rates will apply from 1 January 2025. 

Please note that the increase in the electronic toll rates will affect the need to increase the amount of your guarantee for your deferred payment account. 
In the event the charged tolls reach 99% of the guarantee, further payment of tolls in deferred payment mode will be blocked and your account will be transformed into a prepaid account with a balance of PLN 0¹. If you wish to settle via a periodic payment with guarantee, verify the amount of your guarantee² using the guarantee amount calculator for 2025.
