The toll rates on toll road sections for heavy vehicles (the so-called electronic toll) are being changed pursuant to Art. 13ha sec. 4a of the Act of 21 March 1985 on public roads (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 645, as amended).

On 22 December 2023, the announcement of the Minister of Infrastructure dated 20 December 2023 on the level of electronic toll rates for 2024 was published in the Official Journal of the Republic of Poland "Monitor Polski" https://monitorpolski.gov.pl/MP/2023/1459

For national roads of class A and S, or their sections, on which electronic toll is collected

1) In accordance with the provisions of Directive 1999/62/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 June 1999 on the charging of vehicles for the use of road infrastructure (Official Journal of EU L 187 of 20.07.1999, p. 42, as amended. - Official Journal of EU, Polish Special Edition, chapter 7, vol. 4, p. 372, as amended), Regulation (EC) No. 715/2007 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 20 June 2007 on type-approval of motor vehicles with respect to emissions from light passenger and commercial vehicles (Euro 5 and Euro 6) (Official Journal of EU L 171 of 29.06.2007, p. 1, as amended) and Regulation (EC) No 595/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 18 June 2009 concerning the type-approval of motor vehicles and engines with respect to emissions from heavy duty vehicles (Euro VI) and amending Regulation (EC) No 715/2007 and Directive 2007/46/EC and repealing Directives 80/1269/EEC, 2005/55/EC and 2005/78/EC (Official Journal of EU L 188 of 18.07.2009, p. 1, as amended).
2) Permissible total weight including the permissible total weight of the trailer (semi-trailer).
