Change in e-TOLL rates

  • As of 1 January 2026, the toll rates for toll roads for heavy goods vehicles will change.

  • The change in rates results from the announcement of the Minister of Infrastructure of 3rd December 2025.

  • The increase in electronic fee rates will increase the minimum amount of guarantee required for a deferred payment account.

Change in rates

On 12 December 2025, the announcement of the Minister of Infrastructure concerning the rates of e-TOLL electronic toll for 2026 was published in Monitor Polski. The new rates will apply from 1 January 2026 and concern toll road transits for heavy goods vehicles, i.e. motor vehicles, combinations of vehicles with a gross vehicle weight of more than 3.5 tonnes and buses. Value of guarantee for a deferred payment account

We would like to remind you that the increase in electronic fee rates will increase the minimum amount of guarantee required for a deferred payment account.

In the event the charged tolls in the e-TOLL system reach 99% of the guarantee, further payment of tolls in deferred payment mode will be blocked and current account will be transformed into a prepaid account with a balance of PLN 0. If you wish to use your deferred payment account as before, you should verify the amount of guarantee using the 2026 guarantee amount calculator.

The rates of electronic tolls per km for national roads of class A and S or their sections and class GP and G or their sections in force from 1 January 2026:

The change in rates is due to the annual adjustment of the prices of goods and services under Section 13ha(4a) of the Public Roads Act.
