Insufficient funds to pay the fare

  1. Read the procedure

    • In the event that there are no funds in your prepaid account to cover the cost of your toll journey, you are required to replenish your OCA account prior to the journey.

    • You can make up the shortfall no later than 3 days after the end of the trip.

    • In th event of an inspection by the General Inspectorate of Road Transport (GITD), it will not be possible to pay the fare. In the case of Polish drivers, a protocol is drawn up and proceedings are initiated.

    • For foreign drivers, a protocol is drawn up, proceedings are initiated and a deposit is additionally collected.
