Once correctly logged in, select the active entity to which the financial notes relate.
From the main panel, select the “Financial Notes” tile.
Under “Filtering”, select the status of the billing account (active or closed).
Then select the billing account to which the notes relate.
Once all options have been selected, go to the “Show results” tile.
Once the results have been retrieved, the period of issuance of the documents will be displayed. (Select the period of issuance of the document)
Once you have selected a particular period, expand the note information arrow on the right-hand side.
Information on the financial note number, the name of the billing account, the due date of payment, the amount to be paid and the status will appear.
On the right-hand side by clicking on the three dots icon, you can download the note and order a trip report.
