Ministry of Finance undertakes to ensure the accessibility of their mobile application in accordance with the provisions of the Act on Digital Accessibility of Public Entities' Websites and Mobile Applications of 4 April 2019.
The declaration of accessibility applies to the mobile application e-TOLL PL version 3.1.0.
Application published: 23 June 2021
Last application update: 24 April 2025
This mobile application is partially compliant with the Annex to the Act on Digital Accessibility of Public Entities' Websites and Mobile Applications of 4 April 2019 due to the incompatibilities and exemptions listed below.
for some icons (mainly those displayed in headings, e.g. secondary menu, notifications), no text description. Lack of voice support,
support of sensory properties (vibration) for notifications, with system settings enabled,
the application restricts its view to portrait orientation only,
the application interface supports changes to the dynamic font size settings modified in the system platform's accessibility features. What changes is the text, which the system can enlarge on its own,
some of the controls and error information may be difficult for blind people to understand and handle due to insufficiently precise labels and instructions read by a screen reader,
the application does not support external keyboards,
single messages in snackbars that disappear after 5 seconds,
no possibility of skipping the block associated with forcing a new version of the application. Hard lock,
the current version lacks full identification consistency,
the application automatically changes the context if there are any errors, e.g. end of transit, expiry of payment session.
Maps are exempt from the obligation to provide accessibility.
Date of declaration: 10 April 2025
Date of last review of declaration: 24 April 2025
The declaration was drawn up on the basis of a self-assessment according to an analysis of the WCAG criteria. The results of the self-assessment are presented in Self-Assessment Report (PDF, 24 KB)
