As of May 2024, we are changing the way data is presented on the e-TOLL debit note, which means that for trips made in April this year, you will receive a debit note in the new version.

In the new version of the note, you will receive aggregated information on the total value:

• accruals for vehicle trips on the toll road network recorded in the settlement accounts,
• adjustments, insofar as adjustments have taken place in the month in question.

Detailed list of accruals available in OCAIf you would like to see a list of your trip charges, broken down by each registered vehicle, log into your Online Customer Account (OCA). A detailed list of charges can be found under:

Reports -> Trip reports-> Financial note

Reports -> Trip reports-> Financial note If you are still receiving a paper version of the debit note, then we encourage you to use the electronic note, which can be downloaded from OCA along with a detailed list of charges for trips made during the billing period.

To do this:

1. Log in to OCA.
2. Go to the Settlement Accounts tab.
3. Select an account.
4. Uncheck the box "I want to receive paper debit notes".
