Changing the list of e-TOLL Customer Service Facilities as on 1 October 2022

September 30, 2022

#archived

  • The vast majority of e-TOLL system users choose online contact via the Online Customer Account (IKK).
  • Therefore, from 1 October 2022, 80 physical e-TOLL Distribution Points will no longer operate.
  • Changes in the physical service network are also related to the relocation of two Distribution Points.

An analysis of the number of users served in the physical network of e-TOLL system Customer Service Facilities and the number of transactions carried out by these points showed a clear decrease in interest in using this form of service. The vast majority of e-TOLL system users choose online contact via the Online Customer Account (IKK).

IKK has many advantages, it allows users to independently manage their billing and vehicle data in the system. The services are available online 24 hours a day.

Relocation of two Distribution Points

Additionally, on the night of 30 September - 1 October, two existing Distribution Points will be relocated in the Customer Service Facilities network. The following points will be closed:

  • LOTOS Petrol Station in Szczecin at Szosa Stargardzka 22 G.
  • LOTOS Petrol Station in Gdynia at ul. Kontenerowa 2.

Starting on 1 October 2022, e-TOLL services will be available at the following petrol stations:

  • BP Station in Warsaw at ul. Puławska 417.
  • BP Station in Gdynia at ul. Hutnicza 15A.
