Please note that, as of 1 April 2026, changes have been made to the procedure for submitting the following documents via the e-TOLL system:
reminder of overdue payment;
notification of an expiring guarantee;
notification regarding the conversion of a deferred payment account into a prepaid account.
As part of our digitalisation process and efforts to streamline our services, the above-mentioned documents are now available exclusively in electronic form via your Online Customer Account (OCA). This means that once you have logged in to your OCA customer account, you have permanent access to your documents and can download them as many times as you like.
Please also note that you will be notified by email that an electronic document is waiting for you in your OCA account.
