  • Please be advised that the updated list of Customer Service Facilities (MOKs) in the e-TOLL network, which will be effective from 1 March 2025, is available in the file below.
  • A full list of MOKs can be found on the website under User Area -> Customer Service Facilities (MOKs). The MOK map will be updated on 1 March 2025.

Manage your account, vehicles and devices in your Online Customer Account (OCA)

We would like to remind you that you can manage all matters related to the handling of your settlement account without leaving your home in your Online Customer Account (OCA). OCA is a service where you can access data, documents and services of the e-TOLL system after logging in. Access to the OCA provides the opportunity to, among other things:

  • registration in the e-TOLL system,
  • payment processing and management,
  • verification of financial notes,
  • management of geolocation devices (e.g. transfers between vehicles).

The service is available online 24 hours a day, so things can be done quickly, conveniently and without queues.
Detailed information on how to register for e-TOLL, set up an OCA account and use OCA can be found on the website under User Area -> Online Customer Account.
