On 5 March, the Head of the National Revenue Administration (NRA) signed an agreement with another European Electronic Toll Service (EETS) provider – the Czech company W.A.G. payment solutions, a.s (Eurowag).
EETS means one agreement, one account and one device for drivers travelling within the European Union (EU).
On 5 March 2026, the Head of NRA signed an agreement with W.A.G. payment solutions, a.s., which will provide an EETS service in Poland. This is another provider that drivers of Polish toll roads will be able to use. The next stage of the collaboration will be accreditation tests and the EETS service will be launched once those are successfully completed.
As a reminder, the current active EETS providers in the toll collection area of the Head of NRA are:
Telepass S.p.A. at: https://www.telepass.com/en/truck
Toll4Europe GmbH at: https://www.toll4europe.eu/de/
The e-TOLL system users who wish to use the EETS should follow the information on the website of the provider they chose.
The European Electronic Toll Service (EETS) enables toll payments in European Union countries with electronic toll systems. A driver who opts for EETS:
concludes an agreement with one EETS provider of its choice,
uses only one on-board unit (so-called OBU),
has one user account,
receives a single invoice for all transits.
Users who choose to use a particular EETS provider thus fulfil their obligation to pay for the transit. It means that they no longer have to settle with the national toll collector, the Head of NRA, via the NRA Electronic Toll Collection System (the so-called e-TOLL system).
