e-TOLL at PKN ORLEN stations and in their applications

The motorway e-ticket can be purchased in two ways:

• in ORLEN VITAY PAY and mFlota mobile applications
• traditionally at 1460 PKN ORLEN stations. 

How to buy an e-ticket at a PKN ORLEN station?

The stations where you can buy e-ticket are specially marked with stickers placed on the entrance doors. At the stations, you can buy e-ticket at dedicated and marked cash desks.

What is more, drivers will be able to get help from Mobile Cashiers, and at the stations there will be available materials with information on toll sections of motorways covered by the e-TOLL system.

How to buy e-ticket in PKN ORLEN's applications?

For PKN ORLEN customers who already use ORLEN PAY and mFlota mobile applications, the best solution is to purchase an e-ticket in the applications. The applications are available for IOS and Android.

ORLEN PAY application

Thanks to the ORLEN Pay application, you can pay for fuel directly at the dispenser without having to go to the store. To use the service, it is enough to register as a user. The applications will additionally include an e-ticket purchase module since 01/12/2021.

mFLOTA Application

The mFLOTA ORLEN service enables the execution of mobile fleet transactions in the ORLEN station network. After registering a fleet card in the application (cards issued by PKN ORLEN), users can perform self-service transactions for the purchase of fuel, selected non-fuel goods or car wash services.

How to return an e-ticket purchased at a station or in PKN ORLEN's applications?

An e-ticket purchased at a station may be returned only at the station where it was issued.

However, if you bought an e-ticket using the ORLEN PAY or mFlota mobile application, you will be able to return the unused ticket via the application in which you bought it.
