e-TOLL available in the DotBee app

The DotBee app is a multitasking tool to make daily chores easier. Among other things, it enables simple and fast payment for toll motorway sections: A2 Konin-Stryków and A4 Wrocław-Sośnica 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.

On the DotBee app, you can purchase an e-ticket even 60 days before your planned journey.

You can use other features of your smartphone, such as navigation, or even have the device switched off during the ride, as this does not affect the app in any way.

How do I create an account in DotBee?

To become a DotBee user, you need to download the app from one of the following shops:

• Google Play,
• App Store,
• App Gallery.

The user will then be guided through a short registration process during the first launch, when they will enter their details and set an individual 4-digit PIN that will be used to authorise transactions.

In DotBee, you can pay for motorways after topping up your account with funds.

No additional commission applies to purchases made using the app. DotBee is subject to inspections carried out by the Financial Supervisory Commission, so users can be assured that any data used during the purchase are completely secure.

How to buy an e-ticket in DotBee?

1. Select the e-TOLL tile.
2. Add the vehicle you will be travelling in or complete the required details if you have used DotBee for parking charges before.
3. Select the motorway you will be travelling on: A2 or A4.
4. Indicate the motorway enter and exit.5. Indicate the planned start date and time of the journey and proceed to payment.
6. Confirm with your PIN and make payment.

Your e-ticket will be available in the "Active" tab.

How to return an e-ticket purchased from DotBee?

In the event of a change of plans, you can return the e-ticket in the app before the declared date and time of travel.
