Vehicle deactivation

1. Log in to your Online Customer Account (OCA)

   • Once you have logged in correctly, select the active entity from whose account you wish to deactivate the vehicle.

     Go to the OCA

2. Select a vehicle

   • Select the “Vehicles” tab from the main menu.

   • A panel of active vehicles will appear, click on the car registration number from the table.

   • A new window will then appear in which you select the “Vehicle details” tab.

   • Select “Deactivate vehicle” above the registration number.

   • Then select “Save”.
