The device has stopped working – replenishing the fare

  1. Log in to your Online Customer Account (OCA)

    • Once you have logged in correctly, select the active entity from whose account you wish to replenish the fare.

  2. Replenish the fare

    • In the menu on the left, select the “Replenish the fare” tab.

    • Complete all data according to the steps shown.

    • Then select “Calculate route”.

    • Once the route has been calculated, select “Register the trip”.
