Creation of a vehicle and assignment to an account

  1. Log in to your Online Customer Account (OCA)

    • Once you have logged in correctly, select the active entity from whose account you wish to create a vehicle and assign it to your account.

  2. Create a vehicle and assign it to your account

    • Select the “Vehicles” tab in the menu on the left.

    • Select “Create vehicle”.

    • Select the billing account you wish to link the vehicle to from the drop-down list and select “Next step”.

    • Enter the country of registration of the vehicle and the registration number. Select “Next step”.

  3. Complete the vehicle data

    • Once you have entered the registration number, the remaining fields will be completed automatically (if the vehicle data has not been downloaded from the CEPiK Central Register of Vehicles and Drivers, enter them manually).

    • If the data has not been downloaded from CEPiK, add a scan of the registration certificate in PDF format. An attachment is required. Select “Next step”.

    • Fill in the details from the registration certificate concerning the gross vehicle weight. Select “Next step”.

    • Then enter the emission class data from the registration certificate.

    • If the details are not on the registration certificate, remember to add another document confirming the emission class.

  4. Summary

    • In the summary, the previously entered data will be displayed, to proceed further use the “Create vehicle” button.

    • A message will appear indicating that the vehicle has been added correctly.

    • Here, you can switch to the “Assign a device to the vehicle” tab.
