Registration for a private person

Before registration in e-TOLL prepare

  • ID card,
  • vehicle registration certificate confirming its weight class (if the vehicle data has not been downloaded from the Central Register of Vehicles and Drivers (CEPiK)),
  • document confirming the exhaust emission class (if the vehicle data has not been downloaded from the CEPiK and the exhaust emission class is not included in the registration certificate),
  • select a financing method:

  1. Go to login.mf.gov.pl. Select a login method and confirm your identity

    You will do this with your login and password.

    Logging in to OCA

  2. Specify the type of entity to be registered

    Fill in the required data and register with OCA.

  3. Set up a billing account and choose a form of financing

    You can choose prepayment, deferred payment account, fleet card (for companies). Manage fares.

  4. Create a vehicle and assign it to a billing account

    Ensure that the vehicle is correctly assigned to the account.

  5. Create a location device and associate it with the vehicle using business ID.

    Finally, activate the location device in the OCA.
