• We have renamed the tab “User area” to the new “User panel”.

• The new tab features a refreshed graphic design, simplified navigation and more convenient access to e-TOLL system services.

• The “Registration in e-TOLL” tab also received a new look.

The User panel has been given a new, clear layout with tiles that will make it easier to navigate and get to the content you are looking for. The new design lets users of the www.etoll.gov.pl website find:

• updated information that presents, in a condensed step-by-step manner, how to use the various functionalities in the Online Customer Account (OCA);

• prepared instructions and instructional videos to introduce you to the process of registering, logging in and operating an OCA account,

• the necessary forms and document templates needed to properly complete the application form,

• answers to frequently asked questions.

Also we have added a new section “Frequently visited pages”, which will make it easier to find topics of interest on the system website or to check which pages are most frequently visited by e-TOLL users.

The changes have been made with the convenience and needs of e-TOLL system users in mind. We encourage you to use the User panel and manage your account online.
