#recommended

Do you want your transits to be billed correctly and your OBU/ELS device to operate smoothly? Read the following tips. They will help you keep your device running smoothly and take care of most things yourself – quickly and conveniently.

How to use OBU/ELS?

For the device to work properly you must:

  • Use it in accordance with the manual.

  • Make sure it is always well connected and has a constant power supply.

  • Do not disconnect it during data transmission.

  • Take care of the condition of the device and check that it transmits data without interruption.

  • Check that the tolls are charged correctly.

  • Remember the validity of your subscription (if you have a subscription).

  • If you are changing vehicles or need to disconnect them – do it according to instructions.

For more on the use of the devices, see OBU and ELS on-board devices.

Everything can be done via your Online Customer Account (OCA)

In OCA you can quickly and independently:

Manage vehicles

  • add a vehicle and assign it to your account,

  • deactivate a vehicle,

  • connect a trailer.

Manage the device

  • add and activate the device,

  • assign it to a vehicle,

  • transfer the device to another vehicle,

  • complete the transit if the device has stopped working.

Detailed instructions on how to complete the above steps can be found in the User Panel in Take care of your matters in OCA tab.
