Changes to the operation of the e-TOLL helpline

  • As of 2 April 2026, the rules for the e-TOLL system's helpline will change.

  • The helpline will have extended working hours and assistance will be available in 3 languages.

  • The helpline number remains unchanged: +48 22 460 59 77.

From 2 April 2026 onwards, the working time of the helpline will be extended. Consultants will be available:

  • on business days between 6:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m.,

  • on Saturdays, Sundays and other public holidays from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

In order to best support the system’s users, the helpline will operate in three languages: Polish, English and Russian. The cost of a call to the helpline is in accordance with the operator's price list.

The telephone number of the e-TOLL hotline remains unchanged: +48 22 460 59 77.

Support available around the clock

We would like to remind you that, irrespective of the working hours of the hotline, it is possible to get support 24 hours a day at a Customer Service Facility (MOK) - you can find the nearest MOK on the website Customer Service Facility (MOK). Requests can also be submitted at any time via the online application form after logging in to the Online Customer Account (OCA) and at www.etoll.gov.pl. Submitted requests are registered and processed in accordance with the applicable service rules.
