Most e-TOLL users access the service online via the Online Customer Account (OCA). Consequently, 10 stationary e-TOLL Distribution Points will be decommissioned from 1 May 2026.
The updated list of Customer Service Facilities (MOK) in the e-TOLL network, which will be effective from 1 May 2026, is available in the file below.
The full list of Customer Service Facilities (MOK) can be found on the website Customer Service Facilities (MOK). The MOK map will be updated on 1 May 2026.
Please note that you can easily manage your billing account online, without leaving home, via the Online Customer Account (OCA).
OCA is a service providing access to data, documents and services within the e-TOLL system. It allows you, for example, to:
register for e-TOLL,
process and manage payments,
verify financial statements,
manage geolocation devices (e.g. move them between vehicles).
The service is available online 24 hours a day, allowing you to sort out all your business quickly and conveniently, without queues and at any time.
Detailed information on how to register with the e-TOLL system, create an OCA account and use OCA can be found in the User Panel section.
