The Ministry of Finance and the National Revenue Administration are not responsible for failures and technical issues of the devices.

In case of failure:

  • Contact your operator if your On Board Unit/External Localization System device has suffered a technical fault, has been mechanically damaged, there is an error in the device software (issue with the device's internal memory and archive data storage), the SIM card is malfunctioning.
